CHA is always a lot of hard work but it is also time for me to spend time with some of my dear friends I have made in this industry!
This year I got to meet Joanne from Cottage Cutz. We tried to figure out how long we have known each other and figured out it has to be at least 3 years. We have chatted via email, on the phone while trying to run our business's and on our cells late at night while shopping at Wal-Mart!
The funny thing about this meeting is: i never knew what Joanne looked like! I felt like a school girl meeting her pen pal for the first time! Honestly, I was very nervous for some reason?
It was the best part of CHA!
Thanks Joanne! You are a dear friend and can not wait til the next time we can spend time together!
You can thank Jeff "Mitch" from American Crafts! Long story short: Every show he likes to sing this song to us. I personally have never heard it, I am a paper crafter not a musician! Anyways this year after his performance we had the discussion we have every year about how I do not know this tune. Surprise to me after arriving back in the store i had a package waiting from Amazon. I had no idea what would be in the box! Jeff sent the store a copy of the CD with a little message! What a great guy!
Here are the samples of our first card club for 2010! This month we will create 2 cards and an adorable box with dividers to store all your cards in! This club will meet once a month for an entire year. You can join at any time.
Our first meeting/class will be this Thursday evening January 14th @ 6pm or this Friday January 16th @ 11:30am. Interested in this class? Stop in & sign up soon! There is a limited number of spots still available!
